Offline Activation

If the computer running PhenomeLab is not connected to the internet, use this page from any other device (phone, laptop, tablet) to generate a license file or activation code that you can transfer to the offline computer.

  1. On the offline computer, open PhenomeLab. You will see a Machine ID in the activation window — copy or note it down (e.g. A3F2-7C9D-1B4E).
  2. On this page, enter your license key (provided when you purchased PhenomeLab) and the Machine ID from the offline computer.
  3. Click Generate Activation. You will receive a small .lic file to download and a copyable text block.
  4. Transfer the file (USB stick, email, network share) to the offline computer, then in PhenomeLab click Load license file… — or paste the text block into the Paste activation code box.

Activate

The key emailed to you when you purchased PhenomeLab. Case-insensitive; dashes optional.
Shown in the PhenomeLab activation window on the offline computer. Hexadecimal; dashes optional.
If you provide an email, we'll also send you a copy of the activation file as a backup.
